Top 10 Golf Shots of 2012

As 2012 winds down, I thought it would be cool to have a look at some of the most outstanding shots of the past year.  PGATOUR.com has already done a great job of ranking the shots and at compiling them into a video.  So here's a look at how the shots ranked and at the video compilation...

10.  Phil Mickelson at the 2012 HP Byron Nelson Championship
9.  Rickie Fowler at the 2012 Wells Fargo Championship
8.  Brandt Snedeker at the 2012 Tour Championship
7.  Luke Donald at the 2012 Transitions Championship
6.  Ernie Els at the 2012 Open Championship
5.  Zach Johnson at the 2012 John Deere Classic
4.  Luois Oosthuizen at the 2012 Masters
3.  Justin Rose at the 2012 Ryder Cup
2.  Tiger Woods at the 2012 Memorial Tournament

I agree with the above order of shot ranking with one exception.  Louis Oosthuizens' double eagle should have ranked #3 instead of #4.  Other than that, what a great collection of shots, which clearly defines what makes these guys professionals.

    I am a golfer and coach and I loved to watch the U.S. Open golf championship. I was amazed by the performance of great players and that tournament hold intense attractions for me.
